II. Marken- & Kennzeichenrecht
9. Voraussetzung für die Erlangung einer Farbmarke und ihre Zuordnung (BGH 29.7.2021, MarkenR 2021, 371 - Goldhase III)
Im Sommersemester 2024 wird ein Seminar im Recht des Geistigen Eigentums (PatentR, MarkenR, UrhR) angeboten. Die Teilnehmerzahl ist begrenzt. Bitte melden Sie sich (soweit noch nicht erfolgt) bis zum 14.04.2024 verbindlich im Lehrstuhlsekretariat (ls-mcguire@uos.de) unter Angabe von 2 Themen aus der obenangegebenen Liste an. Sie erhalten dann eine Bestätigung über die Anmeldung und das Ihnen zugeteilte Thema.
Sie können sofort mit der Bearbeitung beginnen. Da die Seminararbeit auch der Übung für die Studienarbeit dient, wird empfohlen, sich an der Bearbeitungszeit von einem Monat zu orientieren. Abzugeben ist die Arbeit spätestens bis zum 30.05.2024 im Lehrstuhlsekretariat.
Am Dienstag den 14.05.2024 findet eine Vorbesprechung für den Ablauf der Exkursion sowie zu den Details der mündlichen Präsentation der Arbeiten statt. Diese findet Anfang Juni als Blockveranstaltung in Osnabrück statt. Im Rahmen des Seminars sind eine Exkursion nach Karlsruhe und der Besuch einer Verhandlung beim Bundesgerichtshof geplant.
